Honest inspections
A customer brought in their CT 200h with a list of "recommended" repairs from a previous shop: ball joints, front shocks, dust boots and rear shocks. Our inspection, with photos sent by text, showed the ball joints and front shocks were fine. The rear shocks really were leaking, so we replaced those. That's how we approach every car.

They completed a full inspection of my car and shared what they found and what I needed to replace via text with pictures… My front ball joints and front shocks looked good and did not need to be replaced per previous recommendations.
They fixed my failing air suspension (Lexus GX470) with an alternative solution… These guys got it all done in a day… No problems since!
I brought in my Lexus as there was an issue with one of my tires. They were able to locate the tear in the tire and patch it quickly.

More questions
Can you fix GX 470 or GX 460 air suspension?
Yes. Depending on the condition and how you use the truck, options include repairing the air system or converting to conventional springs. We'll explain the trade-offs.
My CT 200h won't start. Is it the hybrid battery?
Most often it's the 12-volt battery, located in the rear cargo area. Hybrid no-starts.
Will I lose any warranty coverage by not using the Lexus dealer?
No, as long as maintenance follows the schedule. Recalls and warranty repairs still go to the dealer.
